The village of Svoronata is one of the largest in the municipality of Livathos. Located close to the capital and the airport it has a small tourist development. It is an area that offers peace and serenity and has everything from rooms to restaurants on the beach where visitors can enjoy the beautiful sunset. The village has been developed for a reason, to offer the tourists a location where they can enjoy the beauty of the island away from the hustle and bustle of the busy resort of Lassi. The Seasons Villas 
The Seasons Villas consist of four exclusive villas, located high up on a hill overlooking the island of Zakynthos. The property's privileged position offers stunning views and all the convenience of being steps away from Ai Heli beach. Amenities complimentary on first day of arrival.
The villas are as stylish and comfortable as a hotel suite, but with the privacy and flexibility of a private home. The service, equivalent to a luxury hotel, includes on-call maid service and in house spa services by appointment. The seasons villas consist of four exclusive villas, located high up on a hill overlooking the island of Zakynthos. The property's privileged position offers stunning views and all the convenience of being steps away from Ai Heli beach. Amenities complimentary on first day of arrival.
Each villa can accommodate four adults and two children comfortably. It features a large living room facing a terrace with endless sea views. Next to the living room, there is a dining area which leads to a modern open-plan kitchen. There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces overlooking the Ionian Sea.
The Seasons Villas are located in Svoronata, southwest part of Kefalonia, approximately 4 miles south of Argostoli, and 2 miles south of Lassi. Svoronata village itself is situated about a mile inland, with three surrounding beaches; Ammes, Avithos and Ai Heli.
